1. No Data Collection
SPIRAL by GLENDER operates entirely in your browser. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data, audio files, or usage information to any server. All audio processing happens locally on your device.
2. No Cookies or Tracking
We do not use cookies, analytics trackers, or any form of user identification. There is no account system, no login, and no user profiling of any kind.
3. Audio Processing
When you load an audio file into SPIRAL, it stays on your device. The file is processed using the Web Audio API in your browser’s memory. At no point is your audio uploaded to a server. When you close the browser tab, all audio data is cleared from memory.
4. Donations (Stripe)
If you choose to make a donation, the payment is processed securely through Stripe. SPIRAL does not store your payment card details. Stripe’s own Privacy Policy applies to the payment transaction.
5. External Services
SPIRAL loads fonts from Google Fonts. Google may collect anonymized usage data as described in their Privacy Policy. SPIRAL does not receive this data.
6. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page. We recommend checking this page periodically.
