1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SPIRAL by GLENDER (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Free Use License
The App is free to use for both personal and commercial audio projects. You may master your own music or audio content using the App without paying any fees or royalties. There are no limitations on the number of tracks you can process.
3. Ownership of Content
The audio files you load and the resulting mastered files remain your exclusive intellectual property. The App does not claim any ownership, copyright, or rights to your audio content. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any audio you process through the App.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) redistribute, resell, or sublicense the App itself; (b) use the App to process illegal content or content that infringes the rights of others; (c) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the App’s source code for the purpose of creating a competing product; (d) use automated tools to overload or disrupt the App’s functionality.
5. Modifications to the App
The author reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice. New features, tools, or capabilities added to the App shall also be subject to these Terms of Use.
6. Donations
The App is funded entirely by voluntary user donations. Donations are processed securely through Stripe and are non-refundable. Donating does not grant any additional rights, features, or privileges beyond those available to all users.
7. Termination
These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party. You may terminate at any time by discontinuing use of the App. The author may terminate these Terms if you breach any provision, without prior notice.
